Service Description
A relaxed but effective Pilates class focused on controlled movement, strength, and mobility. We start with a gentle warm-up, then work through a series of exercises to build core strength, improve posture, and loosen tight muscles. Everything is clearly coached with options for different abilities, so you can work at your own pace. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and properly stretched without being completely exhausted.
