Treat yourself and celebrate the festive season with a special garden yoga flow!
Christmas can be an extremely stressful and busy time for many. Why not take a morning out to find a little bit of space for your mind and body, separating yourself from the Chirstmas madness? Think of it as an opportunity to quieten your mind as you move your body in a way that feels good, and leave feeling rejuvinated and ready to face the festive season. We will have hot coffee for after with some special treats too. Wrap up warm and join us!
As always, our classes are beginner friendly with modifications available. Children are welcome at this event.
