Valentines day invites us to open our hearts and deeply embrace compassion. This might not just be for a significant other, but can also offer an opportunity for you to reconnect to yourself. This ceremony is your chance to treat yourself with the same kindness you offer others. We can acknowledge our imperfections without judgment, taking time for self-care and personal growth.

We will begin with a nourishing, heart opening yoga flow to help you tap into a little bit of self love and compassion. This will be followed by a meditation to cultivate an open heart, before settling in for our cacao ceremony. This will be respectful toward Mesoamerican cultures, where we will drink ceremonial grade cacao to foster spiritual growth, emotional reflection and deep inner connection.
