Summer Send Off

You are welcome to join us for our last yoga class before we head off on our summer travels to China!

Ben and I are beyond excited to have you all here in the garden (weather permitting🤞) for a special yoga and pilates fusion class! Ideal for awakening the senses and kickstarting your day, this class will help you embrace the tranquility of nature as you surround yourself in lush greenery and the chorus of birdsong. This hour long class will unite breath and intentional movement, suitable for all levels with modifications offered. Allow yourself to unwind, switch off, all while building physical strength and improving flexibility. Join us after for one of Bens coffees, a wee bun and a bit of criac.
