Join us for the perfect start to 2026 - our January Reset!
We'll liftoff with a Pilates workshop to strengthen our resolve for what's to come, we'll help to lighten the load and focus the mind on the future with an engaging yoga flow and we'll reconnect with our inner selves as we fall deep into a meditation and sound bath. After the movement has ended we'll refuel together with a nourishing hot lunch as we refill our bodies and minds.
