We're turning 3!

We are just absolutely delighted to celebrate the third birthday of Ballymore House Yoga with you!

It's just so exciting to think of how far we have come since we opened our doors in the Masonic Hall three years ago. From the launch of our own studio, weekend retreats, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, day trips and now Pilates too, we are over the moon to be able to continue to expand with you. There are some of you who have attended from the start, and it is so joyful to see you improve, engage and grow.

We thought we would celebrate with a yoga flow (what other way) and an optional cacao ceremony too! This will be followed by birthday cake, of course! Everyone is welcome, we can't wait to have you with us. This year, we promise none of you will have to get into the sea. Who still…
