Ballymore House Yoga - 1st Birthday!

Ballymore House Yoga is just delighted to be marking a successful year and it's first birthday! We would love to celebrate with you all who have shown your support and dedication over this past year. 

We are offering a very special hour long yoga celebration class followed by some birthday cake! 

This is an opportunity to reflect on the progress we have all made over the past twelve months. We are sure many of you have seen an improvement in your yoga practice, and hopefully in your mindfulness and meditation too! We are certain you will have all made some new friends, cultivated a sense of community, and had a bit of criac.
