Ballymore House Yoga Festive Flow

Ballymore House Yoga is delighted to announce our date for our Christmas Practice! On Friday the 6th December we will meet in the garden to flow as the sun sets. The sequence will provide the perfect wind-down after a busy week, and prove a well deserved reprieve from the Christmas madness. The class will be suitable for beginners with modifications to suit all levels.

After our practice, we can all get warmed up with a hot bowl of soup and hot chocolate provided by our wonderful Ben! You are welcome to join us or can leave after the practice if it suits you. Keep wrapped up warm and wear plenty of layers!

If the weather is unfavourable, we may have to move the class to a different location which will be confirmed closer to the time (please be aware this could potentially be outside of Tandragee).
