Garden Yoga

This Sunday 9th July we are delighted to offer another garden flow.

Join us in the grounds of Ballymore house for a slow and relaxing flow in the sunshine (hopefully!).

Please note the slightly later time of 09.30am. The flow will last around 1 hour and light refreshments will be provided afterwards by our love coffee connoisseur Ben.

This is a pay what you can afford event, we have set no fixed price!

This event is open to all and is beginner friendly. Bring your own mat if you can please.
