Garden Yoga

We are delighted to be able to offer a further Sunday morning garden flow at Ballymore house!

Join us this Sunday 30th July at 09.30am for your dose of relaxation. We will be exploring a slow flow perfect for restoring and resetting.

As always Ben will provide the post yoga coffee fix afterwards!

We ask you bring your own mat if you have one.
