Garden Yoga

Join us in the garden at Ballymore house in Tandragee this Sunday morning for an energising yoga flow! The best way to welcome your day, create a little bit of time for yourself and set the tone for the week ahead.

We will meet on Sunday 22nd September. You can arrive any time from 10am, we will aim to start at 10.15am. We have cats, chickens and ducks in the garden so please be aware of this when booking.

Ben and I are providing refreshments for after yoga to give you a chance to relax, socialise and allow the nutrients of your practice to sink in.

We have a ground mat so if the grass is damp from the morning dew we can go ahead as planned. Please come in something you find comfy and warm, we recommend layers!
