We are delighted to be able to offer a Saturday morning garden flow at Ballymore house!

Join us this Saturday 2nd September at 09.30am for your dose of relaxation. We will be exploring a slow flow perfect for restoring and resetting.

As always there will be post yoga coffee fix & light refreshments!

Please feel free to share the event with yout friends, the more the merrier. Children are also welcome.

We ask you bring your own mat if you have one.

This is a pay what you can afford event - we haven't set a fixed price.
