Garden Yoga Sunday 21st July

We are delighted to be able to offer our next Sunday morning garden flow at Ballymore house!

Join us this Sunday 21st July at 10.00am for your dose of relaxation. We will be exploring a slow flow perfect for restoring and resetting. The session will last around 45 minutes and is suitable for beginners. There will be meditation pre and post movement. 

There will be post yoga coffee fix provded by the one and only Ben Nelson of Love Coffee fame. 

Please feel free to share the event with yout friends, the more the merrier. Children are also welcome.

We ask you bring your own mat if you have one.
