MUNCHKINS & FLOW

Munchkins & yoga is the perfect way to spend time connecting to your little one, whilst getting to move your body!

We will aim to have a light, beginner friendly yoga session, and the munchkins can take part in as much or as little as they want to. We will dot a few toys around the place to keep them busy, and let them lead by example. Children only move in a way that feels good!

This is a great opportunity to lead by example and set the foundation for the health and well being of your cub.
