Sunrise yoga & breakfast

Join us in the garden at Ballymore house in Tandragee this Saturday morning for an energising yoga flow as the sun rises! The best way to welcome your weekend, create a little bit of time for yourself and set the tone for the day ahead.

We will meet at 7am on Saturday 30th September. The sun is due to rise at 7.30 so we should be practicing as the day breaks.

Ben and I are providing a breakfast for after yoga to give you a chance to relax, socialise and allow the nutrients of your practice to sink in. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know.

We have a ground mat so if the grass is damp from the morning dew we can go ahead as planned. Please come in something you find comfy and warm, we recommend layers!

Please bring your own mat if you have one. If you don't have a mat let us know before you arrive.
