About the event
Ballymore House Yoga is delighted to offer its first twilight yoga session!
Join us in the garden this Friday evening for a practice as the sun sets. Carve out some time and space for your self to relax and tune into your body!
The practice will be beginner friendly with modifications available to suit all levels. The style of yoga session will nod towards the yin style with some restorative poses.
Feel free to bring a friend or come alone. We ask you bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
